The Mestri में आपका स्वागत है। ये नियम और शर्तें The Mestri मोबाइल ऐप और सेवाओं के उपयोग को नियंत्रित करती हैं। ऐप का उपयोग करके आप इन नियमों से सहमत होते हैं। यदि आप सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया ऐप का उपयोग न करें।

The Mestri का उपयोग करने के लिए आपकी आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। ऐप का उपयोग करके आप पुष्टि करते हैं कि आप भारतीय कानून के अनुसार कानूनी समझौता करने में सक्षम हैं।

The Mestri केवल एक तकनीकी प्लेटफॉर्म है जो क्लाइंट और कुशल ऑपरेटरों को जोड़ता है।

The platform also carries pages published by third parties, such as society pages. Those pages are written, published and maintained by the society or organisation they belong to. The Mestri hosts and displays that content; it does not own it, does not verify it and does not endorse it. Section 12 sets out how these pages work.

उपयोगकर्ता अपने अकाउंट की जानकारी को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। आपको सही जानकारी देनी होगी और अपनी प्रोफाइल तथा संपर्क विवरण अपडेट रखना होगा।

उपयोगकर्ता गलत, भ्रामक या गैरकानूनी सामग्री पोस्ट नहीं कर सकते। आपको अन्य उपयोगकर्ताओं के साथ सम्मानपूर्वक व्यवहार करना होगा। निम्नलिखित सख्त रूप से प्रतिबंधित हैं:

• किसी भी प्रकार का उत्पीड़न, दुर्व्यवहार या भेदभाव।
• नकली प्रोफाइल या फर्जी जॉब पोस्ट बनाना।
• प्लेटफॉर्म का अवैध गतिविधियों के लिए उपयोग करना।

प्लेटफॉर्म के गलत उपयोग पर आपका अकाउंट तुरंत बंद किया जा सकता है।

The Mestri क्लाइंट और ऑपरेटर के बीच भुगतान प्रक्रिया नहीं करता और भुगतान की गारंटी नहीं देता। भुगतान, कीमत या विवाद संबंधित सभी मामलों की जिम्मेदारी संबंधित पक्षों की होगी।

Some pages on the platform, such as society pages, are offered on a paid subscription payable to The Mestri under a separate agreement accepted by that society. Fees are exclusive of taxes. Where any tax is applicable, it is added to the fee and shown before payment.

उपयोगकर्ता अपने अनुभव के आधार पर रेटिंग और समीक्षा दे सकते हैं। गलत, अपमानजनक या नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाली सामग्री हटाई जा सकती है।

The Mestri प्लेटफॉर्म के उपयोग से होने वाले किसी भी प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

यदि नियमों का उल्लंघन होता है या गलत व्यवहार की शिकायत मिलती है, तो हम अकाउंट को निलंबित या बंद कर सकते हैं।

ये नियम भारत के कानूनों के अनुसार लागू होंगे। किसी भी विवाद का समाधान सिरसी, कर्नाटक की अदालतों में होगा।

हम समय-समय पर इन नियमों को अपडेट कर सकते हैं। ऐप का उपयोग जारी रखना नए नियमों को स्वीकार करना माना जाएगा।

A society page on The Mestri is opened when a society is onboarded, and is then run by that society's own admins.

• The society owns the content on its page. It writes, publishes and updates that content, and it is responsible for the accuracy of what appears there.
• Enquiries sent through a society's contact form, and calls made to the number shown on its page, go directly to that society. The Mestri does not answer on its behalf, does not take part in what you agree with the society, and charges no commission on it.
• A “Verified society” badge means we have checked that the society exists and that the account managing its page belongs to its office bearers. It is not an endorsement of the society, its services, its financial standing or anything published on its page.
• The discussion board on a society page is open to any signed-in user. Posts belong to the people who write them. The society may take down a post that appears on its own page, and The Mestri may remove content that breaks these terms.
• The Mestri may take a society page off the site if it breaks these terms or the separate agreement that society has accepted.

Any dispute about a society, its services, or anything published on its page is between you and that society. The Mestri's role is limited to hosting and displaying the page.
