Please note, The Mestri facilitates direct connections only. We do not collect or store your bank account details, credit card numbers, or UPI PINs. All payments are handled directly between the Client and Operator.

b. Automatically Collected Information: We automatically collect certain data when you use the app, including device details, IP address, and app usage analytics.

Location Data:

We collect precise location data to identify nearby Operators or Jobs. We collect this data only while the app is in use (foreground). We do not track your location in the background when the app is closed unless you have explicitly granted permission for specific tracking features.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to connect Clients with Operators, display nearby jobs, improve app functionality, communicate updates, and prevent fraud or misuse.

4. Legal Basis and Consent

By using The Mestri, you consent to the lawful collection and processing of your personal data for service delivery, compliance, and security purposes.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared only:

  • When required by law.
  • With trusted service providers assisting in app operations.
  • To protect the safety of our users.

Retention: Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and personal data by submitting a request via the "Contact Us" form in the app. Upon processing, your data will be removed from our active databases.
