Welcome to The Mestri. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Mestri mobile application and services. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use The Mestri. By using the app, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law.

The Mestri acts solely as a technology platform (an "Intermediary" under the Information Technology Act, 2000) that facilitates connections between Clients and skilled Operators.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile details, including contact numbers, updated.

Users must not post false, misleading, or unlawful content. You agree to treat other users with respect. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind.
• Creating fake profiles or fraudulent job postings.
• Using the platform for any illegal activities.

Any misuse of the platform may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.

The Mestri does not process payments or guarantee payments between Clients and Operators. Any payments, pricing negotiations, or financial disputes related to services are solely between the involved parties.

Users may provide ratings and reviews based on their genuine experience. The Mestri reserves the right to remove content that is abusive, false, defamatory, or violates these terms.

The Mestri shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or personal injury resulting from interactions between users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access at our sole discretion if these terms are violated or if we receive reports of misconduct.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sirsi, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
